Habeeb Abdulqader Al Saggaf is a civil and commercial lawyer in India. He is a visiting professor of the DAU Law College, India. He has also lectured and instructed at continuing legal education courses from 2003 to the present on the following subjects, among others: complex litigation, trial advocacy skills, court procedure, and appellate court advocacy skills. He has appeared as Counsel before all of the Courts and numerous administrative and taxation tribunals in India. He is an outstanding arbitration lawyer with experience and command on international commercial arbitration. As legal counsel to one of the top business houses of the UAE remains focused on commercial dispute solution strategy through arbitration. He appeared before international arbitrations including ACC and GAFTA.

He with Mr. David Gomez, a world renowned name of admiralty law & maritime law made headlines by helping release of IRISL’s ship from the arrest in Indian territorial waters, by order of the Admiralty Court of Bombay High Court.

He was Counsel to a commercial company of Dubai in a recent series of commercial arbitrations in GAFTA (London) and supported client in proceedings, the results were favourable.
